Ampersand is a Nordic-inspired concept store in the heart of Ghent. During the owner's maternity leave, I was responsible for the business' e-commerce management, customer support in-store & online, order fulfillment and deliveries. I was also given full responsibility over their social media channels.

During my internship at Muru Jewellery, a London-based jewellery brand, I gained my first experience in copywriting & digital marketing for small businesses.
I was responsible for the brand's on-site SEO, including product descriptions, optimised copy for landing pages, press releases and regular blog posts. I also managed their influencer campaigns, engaged with their audience on a daily basis, and provided social media captions.

I am responsible​ for this online cookie dough shop's on-site SEO and content marketing. By doing keyword research, optimising their landing pages and product descriptions, I help them improve their online visibility and ranking on Google. I write weekly blog posts, which are both engaging to read and keyword optimised. Every now and then, I produce e-newsletters, manage their influencer & blogger campaigns and produce press releases.

August 2020 was an exciting month for me, as it marked the launch of my own jewellery brand! Launching an online business from scratch has been an incredible learning process which has also been an opportunity to acquire more experience in copywriting, e-commerce management & digital marketing.

With Mrs Bouquet, business owner and creative soul Dominique sells bouquets of dried & fresh flowers. Recently, she also started offering workshops. I was responsible for the e-mail marketing campaign promoting these workshops.
La Eva Store is an online business founded by Merel Kannegieter, which offers trending accessories and jewellery. Every now and then, I write travel-related blog posts for their intregrated blog.
